You can find the RedFrog Rum Bar next to the Lido Pool on almost every Carnival ship (except the Venezia and Firenze). It is different from the RedFrog Pub, which is usually an inside bar on the Promenade level of the ship. There is also a Heroes Lounge on the Mardi Gras, Celebration, and Jubilee but they don’t have a dedicated bar; you use the bar from Guy’s Pig and Anchor Smokehouse (above).

Refreshing and light, it tastes like a vacation in a glass. It's made with Belvedere vodka, fresh lime juice, Monin watermelon syrup and orange juice and is topped with cucumber wheels. This piano bar will be rocking every night during your cruise. While it's not officially called Piano Bar 88, they share the same cocktail menu. In the heart of the Gateway Zone, there is another new bar, the Latitudes Bar.
Guy's Pig and Anchor Brewhouse Menu
The Heroes Tribute Bar and Lounge is a new venue from Carnival that honors the men and women that have served our country. The Golden Jubilee is a new bar that pays tribute to Carnival’s 50 years of sailing. It’s available exclusively on Carnival Celebration in the 820 Biscayne zone. All ships in the Carnival fleet, except Carnival Paradise, Carnival Firenze and Carnival Venezia, have the Alchemy Bar. The Remedy, Hearts of Fire, Restorative Basil Drop, The Perfect Storm and Cucumber Sunrise cocktails are also available sans alcohol.
ALCHEMY BAR'S CUCUMBER SUNRISE
While the Havana pool area is reserved for guests staying in Havana staterooms and some suites, the Havana Bar is open to everyone. This venue offers Cuban cocktails like the Havana Especial, Cuba Libre, classic mojitos, and even Cuban coffee. During the day, this bar is rather quiet with several guests reading or playing cards in the venue; however, the Havana Bar comes alive in the evenings with Latin music and dancing. Carnival Sunshine has 13 different bars and lounges where you can enjoy a beer or cocktail.
They specialize in cocktails with a distinct Miami twist and are made with Miami-sourced ingredients. The Amari Bar is an elevated, Italian-themed cocktail bar currently only available on the Carnival Venezia. Amari Bar replaces the popular Alchemy Bar and but still features 5 of that bar’s more popular cocktails.

You can also find whiskey, cocktails like the Smoky Watermelon Margarita, a Bacon Manhattan, or the signature Pig & Anchor Bloody Mary. RedFrog Pub is a Caribbean themed lounge with pub games and great drinks. It should not be confused with RedFrog Rum Bar or RedFrog Tiki Bar (which are poolside venues) . RedFrog Pub is the only place in the Carnival fleet to get a Fish Bowl drink.

Because the bartender flames the rosemary, the Christmas-y scent makes this herbal elixir rich and inviting. Carnevale Bar & Lounge replaces the Havana Bar found on the Vista-class ships. It’s inspired by the Carnevale di Venezia, an annual festival held in Venice. Guests will find live music and fine Italian wines and cocktails. The Cucumber Sunrise is probably my favorite Alchemy Bar cocktail.

Your drink around the ship is not complete until you’ve made it all the way down to deck 3. The Panorama Bar is located in the Atrium with the larger than life LED Dreamscape display. You can enjoy a drink here almost any time of day while you admire the changing scenes.
While the people making them deserve a whole lot of credit, they are really supporting players, because the drinks are the star of the show at the Alchemy Bar. In true Carnival fashion, several Prohibition-era classics are recreated with a Caribbean flare. The Island Old Fashioned takes the familiar drink (usually made with whiskey) and gives it a twist by instead using spiced infused rum.
These menus are up-to-date as of 2024 and reflect the latest price increase. The Java Blue Cafe is available on the Elation, Horizon, Miracle, Panorama, Radiance, Sunrise, Sunshine, Splendor, Vista, Mardi Gras, and coming soon to the Celebration and Jubilee. This adults only space is one of the largest 18+ pool decks we have ever seen.

On the Carnival Freedom, the Alchemy Bar is tucked away at the back of the ship on deck 5. You might run across this bar on your way to a comedy show or to your room. This is one bar I highly suggest seeking out at the beginning of your cruise. The steakhouse is a staple on almost every Carnival cruise ship.
Likewise, the Caribbean Manhattan featured some spiced brown sugar to give it an extra kick. Ironically, Magic would not get her own version of the cocktail bar until a drydock in 2016. Over the years, the bar has been introduced to nearly every ship in the fleet and is already listed as “coming soon” to the Carnival Panorama, rolling out at the end of 2019.
